If you haven't done anything to your 22/45 yet your best first modification might be to have a volquartsen "accurising kit" installed. That will bring the trigger pull down to about 2.5 lbs. I am very happy with the improvement it made to my shooting. A nice trigger is a real joy each time you use it.
