Replacing the barrel on a Mark 2 isn't just a "screw it out and screw it in" operation. They are usually cut off at the shoulder with a lathe from what I understand. You may be better off just having the barrel threaded if its legal where you are.

I can't seem to find that Pengun on the California DOJ approved list.
