I did the hammer with the sear because they were supposed to kinda be a matched set. I was going on the theory that they were supposed to work together better. I realize that the sear is the biggest part, but felt while I was at it, I'd through in the hammer to.
At the time I ordered the trigger for the same reason, but now see that the trigger does not even touch these parts, so the sear and the hammer don't know what trigger is in there. I also got it for the over travel stop, which now I know already exists in the stock one....
