It's worth the money. My only complaint is it could be a bit more stout where material souronding the site itself is concerned. I realize the tab has to fit into the existing stock Ruger base. This being on the Roger models with windage adjustments, but if it were a bit thicker like a real ghost ring, it would be an improvement. Strictly cosemetic for sure. I swear by ghost rings though for quick target acquisition.
As for the front site, try the HIVIZ HRB1001 for Rugers. easy installation and you can choose between red and green colors with various sizes of Litepipes. Six in all with a little protective case with which to store the others when not in use. Easily exchanged also. I think for non Red Dot shooting, this combo is the ticket!
