Like Buck said, a live round is a delicate situation. I would suggest using some fishing line and make a loop to snag (pull) the extractor loose from the case. The extractor is what's holding the bolt to the case rim. Once the extractor is clear then you can lock the bolt back away from the case. By locking the bolt back, it will free the case rim and keep from allowing the firing pin to accidentally strike it and detonate. With the case free of the bolt, you can tap out the stuck round (or case) much more safely.
