MkII Grips???

I'm sure this has been covered a million times but please humour a MkII owner that doesn't find the time to frequent this forum. (This place is a great resource though)
I recently shot a friend's S&W 41 and liked it. The big attraction for me was the grip. I think he said it was a Morini product. Can anyone suggest some similar products for the MkII that would merit some investigation? Does Morini make a grip for the MkII? Does anyone out there have an opinion that there is "one" grip available for the MkII that is so good that I shouldn't even waste my time looking and just order one?
