Obed, the only way to remove the Bbl. from a Mk2 used to be to cut the lip of the Bbl off in a lathe where it mates to the reciever, then unscrew the Bbl after the friction fit has been relieved. However, both Clark and Volquartsen devised a jig of their own designs that allow them to unscrew the Bbls. without damage to the reciever. That being said, the only options are to cut the Bbl., send it to Clark or VQ, or devise a jig to support the reciever, BTW, I'm in Lakeland, not far from you and hope to hear more about your business and what your company is up to. Good luck, Brad
