Does anyone know of a good set of sights for the Ruger Mark 2 with a bull barrel? I like the gun, but I hate the grips & sights. I have orderd a set of wood grips, now I want to try and change or "fix" the sights. They have that big hook front sight, (which is more dangerous than the gun) and the adj. notch rear. What I want is the same thing but lower and much thinner. If I can't buy it, I will machine the front blade down a little and make it thinner, and make a new rear blade with a thinner notch. Anyone else been through this?
