Yes, I've got some advice - call ruger tech support and get the thing fixed. I've found them to be extremely helpful. I don't like having a rimfire cartridge jamming since if gets hammered the wrong way by the bolt assembly as it closes it could cause the cartridge to detonate in the gun, if it catches the rim of the cartridge.
