I got a brand new 22/45 blued and had the same exact problem you have.As soon as i bought it i shot 50 rounds out of it right at the gun shop and had a bunch of jams and brought it right back up to the counter,he checked it out and sent it right back to Ruger.Well it took a long 8 weeks and i got it back,they said they had to replace the whole thing accept for i think the barrel.I have since fired about 500 rounds through it of all kinds of ammo and have never had one jam.It works great now!!!!
