Mark II mag not keeping bolt open after last shot

Does anybody know how to fix the factory mag? I had to buy two new mags because the orginal one wont keep the bolt open after the last shot. Now one of my new mags has the same problem! Is there anything I can do so I dont have to dry fire or count every shot? Any advice is greatly appericated.
