Thanks for the post. I just saw it at ebay. The scam hit again. This is ridiculous. EBay does not do anything about it for the third time.
Again, he is using a Florida address and he has hijacked a member's ID for a third time.
I was burned for the first time - $3,000. We stopped him at the second time ( by members of this board and now what?
Ebay is the most insufficient auction broker that I have seen in my life. In France they are about to stop them and soon other countries will follow.
For the moment I have prepared a huge file to take them to the US court.

I´m start thinking that we never stop to see this listing. Once more I will notify to the ebay as I did last times and also try to put the add awrning in some guitar forums so it can be broadcast to the most people and potential buyers possible.

I hope something runs on it and this guy could be put under federal arrest. Takis remember to record the add just in case you needed. Hope you finally could get I don´t know if your money back and of course some compensation, but at least the personal satisfaction of doing things right.

Gee That guy really needs to have his head caved in. I gave it to Reb in march this year, but they must keep taking Dans Photos and re using them? (The ebay post has expired now, so I cant see) LEts just lay in wait till he raises his head and ring him to organise payment, and then report it to authorities. Do you have an intersate fraud squad who can investigate these things in the USA?

Ebay makes money every time he lists it so I doubt shutting him down is high on their list. This guy has listed this SO many times now, eventually, at some point every guitar player in the world is going to know it's a bomb. Hopefully sooner than later though. Who knows how much money this guy has made off of people!

I agree with you. Ebay authorities just do not bother.The best way is to wait until he comes back and then either place a high bid to win or organize a buy it now price so he can deliver his bank's details. Then it is easy to catch him via the local police.
