To produce an album for a favorite band or musician who would it be? Theres lots of musicians here and non-musicians but lets face it we all have different tastes in music. Just me personally I listen to music all the time and I hear things that I think should have been different, doesnt make me right, just my opinion. I am just curious as to what people think would make an album from someone they like more interesting! Thanks...Guv

If I was actually capable of producing or even had the engineering chops I would try to make the next Def Leppard album sonically match Hysteria/Adrenalize.

The new albums have some great moments but they have recenetly tried this more stripped down production style and it really sounds crappy compared to their catalog.

Alex has good point about Def Lep - I'd love to re-produce YEAH. That album in my opinion is severely lacking. It at least needs some Mutt Lange influence, but then again, Mutt completely ruined Nickelback's new CD, again, in my opinion. I'd like to give a shot at re-producing both of those.

HOLY CRAP DAVE!!! You Stole mine! Mutt totally ruined Nickleback! Thos guys make hits in their sleep so why did they bring in Mr. Drum Machine Sounds Mutt Lange??? If anything with all the hits the had on the last 2 CDs they should have been producing this one on their own!

I guess seeing how DAve stole my Nback one, I'd like to go back and produce PULL and ditch the drum triggered sound and just get a nice big natural "Rod Live Drum Sound"
