Wow, some incredible prices realized in this auction. Also, some bargains too. Don't know enough about pre 30s to evaluate hammered prices(one of you guys jump in). But here are some 30s stuff that caught my attention. Prices include buyers premium.

Lot 1529 R114 set #3 on the registry GPA of 5.43= $9,000 (consignor must be

Lot 1536 Sea Raider 27/48 low set w/4 high's(that were all sgc 96) = $14,400*
* that's over 500 per card

Horrors of War individual PSA8's
#283 Hitler 1,800
#284 3,600 what??
#286 Hitler 6,600 really?

Lot#1564 Superman Gum Inc comp. set on 3 sheets = $57,600
Lot#1581 Scoop set #1 registry GPA 7.40 = 21,600

>>>>>>>>>>>Bargains>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Lot#1531 3 Sea Raider high's all sgc96 =2,500
Lot#1562 Lone Ranger Psa5/6 17 cards w/4 high's =780
Lot 1563 Superman Gum set #5 registry GPA 5.03 =5,400

Anybody else surprised by any lots??

I was pretty surprised when I saw that number this morning. Richard, Ralph, maybe we should be grading and selling our dupes???? Mine don't average PSA 5 (in fact, they aren't even graded at all) but I know I have at least one complete dupe set in Red/Orange and probably close to a second.

(I would sell mine for less than $9000!)

It did seem as though the prices on the pre-war R lots were all over the board (from some VERY low to some VERY high).

If I were not blocked from bidding, there would have been at least 10 of these lots with higher ending prices!!

On to REA tonight.

I had to ask. It was just hanging out there. Mark, why are you blocked from bidding at Mastro?
