Dan---this is a beauty of a series---if enough collectors participate it may be possible to show the booklet contents as well as front and back. (I think stamp collectors call these exploded booklets!)---obviously, it would take a large number of people with low grade booklets to remove the staples & show the full story---I often thought of pursuing this type of display myself, & wonder if anyone else has? Just a thought.

Hey guys: I've been helping Dan fill in his missing titles and there is one title about which I have a question. My Reckless Steele booklet #2 has the title "Death of the Tyrant". Benjamin's guide (again, my NSB is packed away so can't check there) has "Death of the Serpent". For any of you that have the booklet, can you confirm which title you have. I'm curious if there are two variations or if the listing in the Benjamin guide is a typo.

I love and respect Chris Benjamin, for his bringing info to the NS world.
I often called him to share new checklist information.
(I went to 3-4 shows each weekend, and loved checking card titles to his guide)
Well, he laughed a number of times when I told him he had a typo in his
checklist (as I was holding a card with a different title).
He said he often changed a word or left out a word. He gave me his reasoning, but
I can't quite remember the exact reason. Something about copywrite..not sure.

I do love his guides. I did point out a couple of errors in his listings in some of the Wrapper articles I did, but in general it was an amazing feat to put all that together using only snail mail and the telephone. The one big error I did find and wrote about (well, a big error to me as a 30's type collector...most collectors probably wouldn't care) was that his listing for R183 Thurston's Magic Tricks was the wrong item, or at least not the same item Burdick listed.
