I feel Bill had to have taken 2-4 hours to pull his collection,
set them up for his digital camera, take pix, email pix and
then put his collection back.

Contributors rarely get adequate thanks, so let me say
that I appreciate his effort greatly.

And, YES, I'd love to see this set showcased.

Dan, here's my vote:
Resounding YES for a Gum Inc. Wild West Picture Puzzle website!
Would be nice to see the entire master set (blue, red, white, puzzle backs / no puzzle backs) and the rare #25 card.

Also, the wrapper: Do you remember the posting on our Forum a year ago or so, where someone told about the 4 different variations for the WW wrapper (this was something I'd not been aware of before)? Perhaps can show all those, too .

<<Edited to add link:>>

Here is the thread from before, pls see Marty Krim's post about wrapper variations:

I would very much enjoy seeing this set showcased. I consider my partial set one of the bigger dogs in my collection; maybe this will inspire me to clean it up.

I throw this out for discussion...what is a Master set ?

MASTER SET
---------------
red borders 1-24 with puzzle backs............24
rare #25.......................................1
blue borders 25-49 with puzzle backs..........24
white borders 25-49 with non-puzzle backs.....24

So my question is.........
.............Is the MASTER SET 72 cards or 73 or more ?

Danderoo, unless there is a common variation that I've never encountered on this one, I'm thinking the magic numbers are

... 72 for a master set

... 73 for a miracle set (!)

==> Also, one other thought: WW is not a particularly difficult set to assemble, but quite a challenging one to assemble in high grade. WW cards usually seem to really show their age, with rounded corners, creasing, etc. Would be great to see a really stellar virtual set online. (Haven't seen Bill's scans yet, but it would be really great if we could have a real showpiece, high-grade set to view; can upgrade as a group, over time, if needed).
