Is Roxanne's coming over here to promote her NSU auction the olive branch we've been waiting for, to start cross promotion and collaboration between NSU's non-sport forum and ours?
Maybe a year ago, I put a post onto the NSU NS board, answering a question about vintage cards that had been raised by their member. At the same time, I took the opportunity to invite all their members to come see our N54-NS forum.
My post was removed by a NSU forum moderator for somehow violating board policy -- apparently they have a rule is that there can be no reference to 'competing' forums or something like that (tho my view is that this isn't competition, it is collaboration: it's a big, healthy NS community with room for everyone to pursue their hobby/collecting interests). Seems an unnecessary and unhelpful rule. I'm hoping this can now all change. Anyway, Moderator Tom, your allowing her post to stand here would seem to give them a chance for some reciprocation, no?
