despite the seller's protestations to the contrary - this is obviously a homemade piece. It does have a couple of RARE medium sized leathers featured on it - a worthy relic despite the trimming of the cut hides. The similar piece referenced in the baseball arena is a piece featuring Boston and a few other teams (I think a few). That manufacturer's premium is a piece from a single hide in which the image is printed on. I owned one for a month many years agp . That being said I thought it to be a neat and well constructed preserved bit of Americanna - so as usual I was the bridesmaid with short arms and long pockets.......

I once won a very similar item. Same size and lay out, except that the four larger corner pieces were the Large Size Hamilton King Bathing Beauties Leathers. The interesting thing is the Large centre leather featuring the US coat of arms was the same one that was used as the centre peice for mine. I have always wondered if this was a large size premium tobacco leather, now i am even more convinced that it may have been. Either that or it would have to be a very unlikely coincidence. Unfortunately the stitching used on mine fell apart, so i only have the peices left.
