Liz asked me to say Thank You for everyone's prayers & good wishes. She is responding very well to treatment and her doctors are extremely optimistic for a full recovery.

I am under orders from her to continue my hobby activities in a normal fashion, so here I am.

This will be my final thread about my wife.

My gratitude for indulging my O/T threads.

Actually Bob, I took one card. Pulled the trigger on a PSA8OC 1937 Ripley's card that I've had my eye on. A bit pricey but you only live once:

Jerry, like many of the members/posters I don't know you personally but rest assured that you and your wife are in our daily thoughts and prayers.
I am envious with your pickup of #6 BION. I don't think it would look good in my collection as mine has too many good to very good cards, a near mint would be out of place!
Please keep us updated with any/all good news.

Thank you for sharing that wonderful news, Jerry.
I'm very happy to hear it.

You'll both remain in my prayers until this is a distant memory.

Thank You for your Prayers.

Liz is doing very well. She will be out of Westchester Medical Center by the first week of Oct.

The prognosis is excellent. Her doctors expect a full recovery with less than a 5% chance of remission
