I bought this card on Ebay years ago. I have not seen one like it since or before. Does anyone recognize this set, and if so can you provide some information year, number in set etc.

Tobacco World Index explains that the brand "Cubeb Cigarettes" was non-tobacco (a herb cigarette) and the cards do not classify as tobacco items. There is no other mention of the maker or the issues in any of the later updates so the mystery continues.
