Saw that auction and thought it looked like a trade card glued to a N150 or something like that. It is definitely glued to the backing. Hard to tell though............anyone else?

The original image is by J. Wood I believe and appears on a cabinet but I think a CDV as well where it was similarly titled - but the typography was different with less stylized lettering. 1st and most important in trying to determine the original source of the image (we already know the mount has nothing to do with the image) - is the front a colorized photo, lithograph, or "other" and what does a loupe reveal?
