help with i.d of these issue's, thanks

obvious that these 12 are a cut-out from a box or sheet, any idea as to size and year?? i was offered a couple of hundred for them ?? what do i have here? anything good??............and the other is a good humor issue, what year?? and size? looks like 24 to me, and if someone has extra's and want to sell please e mail, i am missing #2,3,9,13,15,16, mine are mint, i would like to get the same for the set.... thanks for any help..
