Any one have - printer discards ?

The Net54 baseball threads seem to feel this kind of card was
created by some printer using old scrap to test for a new "run"

This card is clearly hand cut. I bet there are many cards out there
like this, just dying to get acknowledged.

Please post similar cards...from any era that falls in this
category.

Printing Rejects

Hello to All ,

I've quite a few UK printer rejects but none up to your standard or rarity .

I've heard that the recent splurge of mint UK Barratt ' Disney Characters 2nd ' were in fact printer ' rejects ' in uncut sheet form , stored for years and then cut & sold for profit years later ...

I was told this by the gentleman that put them into the market place .

Those look like they are from excess card stock that is put though the press while the color is being adjusted. The first hundred of so sheets never come out right, and some guys will recycle the stock as not to waste good paper. I'm just surprised anyone bothered to cut it. Perhaps they were checking to see if the centering was okay before running the rest.
