Question about WWG action gum cards

First time poster.

I have 4 world wide gum action gum cards which are new to me. The cards I have show the same images that are on Goudey First column defender cards. Example: WWG action gum Card #52 is titled "Fighters in Echelon" this is the same title and image that is on FCD card #11.

Were all of the First Column Defender Card images and titled lifted from WWG action gum?
Did all of the WWG action gum cards have blue borders and the red dot at the top of the card (this is what mine have) or is that just a few cards in the WWG series?
What is the V designation for this set?

Sorry, I am not able to post photos right now.

Thank you for your insight and knowledge on this.

Cheers.

Aaron---12 of the FCD images were used as the last 12 cards (49-60)in the Canadian Action Series (ACC R50)---Chris Watson's excellent Non Sports Bible has all this info---if U don't have a copy I'd recommend getting one. One of our forum members recently posted images of these last 12 Canadian WWG images, but I can't recall the exact post----help anyone? Those last 12 are very tough to find by the way----good luck!

Thanks for taking the time to respond and sharing your knowledge, I was very curious about the history on these. I am actually in the process of getting rid of a lot of stuff including these items. I have placed info on this in the BST.

Cheers
