Greetings....

I've gotten the bug to put some work into updating the NSB lately. This means scanning a lot of cards that I've acquired over the last few years (I stopped adding images to the first edition about 18 months prior to going to press...had to stop somewhere...but I must have at least 500 to go through to fill in those "Need Image" spaces). I came across these "Movie Stars" cards and need a little help with identification.

In the 1st edition of the NSB (on page #618), this set was identified as "Our Gang" (an anonymous, blank-backed strip card set that I had only ever seen the then five checklisted child actors from this program, hence the title I assigned). I've since come across more than thirty different actors/actresses of the era in at least four different colors (black, green, purple-gray and red) and recognize that they should be more appropriately entitled "Movie Stars" (and assigned either an "R" or "W" number, as opposed to the F134 that was given). I could use some help identifying who is portrayed on the twelve "artificially numbered" cards below. I'll post the updated checklist when I can get it off of the "NSB" computer later this weekend. If anyone is aware of others, please post here for further incoporation. Thanks in advance, Chris
