Ralph and Mark and others had mentioned the 1938 Life article before,
but I couldn't remember if I posted this companion article.

Dan, that's a terrific piece (the Intl Confectioner mag with HOW cover). I'd not seen that one before. 

(Chuck used to tease us about buying old candy magazines, but now Ol' Perfesser Ross can see why!)

Life Mag price

At various antique co-op stores, the price of 1930's Life Magazines usually run between $7.50 - $12.50, more for stars and baseball players. Just thought I'd share.

Oh, Ralph, you know I wouldn't tease you about that. Maybe something else, but not that. I've actually got a few old candy magazines. I have always thought that if someone poured over these with a fine tooth comb some hobby clues might jump out from the old ads or possibly an article.
