Each piece has been graded by PSA. Offered is the complete set of 48 cards, presented here as a glorious finished product. Advanced collectors have toiled for years to locate and acquire single cards, especially the rare "high numbers," from this classic 1930s issue. One of only two card sets produced by the obscure Wolverine Gum Company of Detroit, Michigan, this colorful product features scenes and situations from the "Ripley's Believe It or Not" archives of Robert Ripley. The cards' subjects include such titles as "The Tower of Skulls," "The Ship That Shot Itself," and "Dead Man Wins a Fight," and the widely sought-after card number 34 pictures the great boxer, John L. Sullivan. This representation of the prized R21 series holds a stratospheric GPA of 6.33, commanding recognition as the #1 Finest Set on the PSA Set Registry. (It's also the only such array that boasts 100% completeness.) Includes: Graded PSA NM-MT 8: 16 cards w/#'s 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 (OC), 22, 30 and 45 (OC); PSA NM 7: 10 cards w/#'s 1, 4, 11, 14, 19, 24, 33, 34 Sullivan, 39 (MC) and 40; PSA EX-MT 6: 8 cards w/#'s 3, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 32 and 44; PSA EX 5: 12 cards w/#'s 12, 15, 23, 27, 35, 37 (MC), 38, 41, 43, 46, 47 and 48; PSA VG-EX 4: 1 card, #36; PSA GD 2: 1 card, #42.
