I've been reading the threads, both on this Forum & the Baseball side, about Mastro not paying consignors.

Mark - some time ago you started a thread about a major problem you had with a lot you purchased from Mastro.

I was wondering how that ended, did you get any satisfaction?

Jerry - I was the successful bidder on a Mastro Lot. Unfortunately, Mastro failed to deliver all of the items contained in the Lot Description. When they chose not to address the issue, I called them out in this forum which resulted in my being banned from all future Mastro auctions (and subsequently, the banishment passed on as an asset to Legendary Auctions).

I did report Mastro to the authorities (specifically the FBI). When one of the (missing) items described in the Lot appeared in a subsequent Mastro auction, I also contacted the FBI with an update to their file(s).

So more evidence of their shady dealings.

mark, if that happened to me, i dont even know how pissed off i would become. i have been stolen from before, but to have the item thrown in your face is another level.

Mark - I posted on the new Net54 BB thread about you being ripped off by Mastro. Leon has made an offer to help anyone that Mastro stole from.

Email Leon with all the details. Cann't hurt to try.
