Mark, can you tell the story of how you acquired the Cowboy Card and the Strongman, if you have a Mckinley as well.

Dan, please share your memory on your Mckinley, and one of the others if you have one. thx looking forward to this.

Answers sometimes aren't as intriguing as the questions.

1. Like many of us, Mark is a collector of cards and of card images.
The two images asked of him are simply from his image collection.

2. McKinley...simply an Ebay win, nothing more, nothing less.

Sorry, Ron, I know you expected more......"it is what it is"

Rand, there are some nice images of rare cards (McKinley, WW25, etc.) in this old thread.

Also a bit of discussion on McKinley card acquisitions . . . Dan's and also a dealer who bought one as part of an entire lot of US Caramel Presidents at a live bankrupcy auction, for $600 (!!) . . . and then turned around and flipped it at the Ft Washington baseball card show for $10k!

I was hoping for some real cloak & dagger, James Bond type stuff in the procurement of these cards. Well, the bottom line is, ya got one! I don't post often so I would just like to thank Dan for the gallery & all his hard work. I reference that gallery quite a bit. Thanks again.
