I`m relatively new to the non sports card collecting community after many years and I`m wondering if there is a preferred book or encyclopaedia of non sports card . This does not have to be a price guide only..is there some sort of a reference book available ?
thanks

The Nonsports 'Bible' covers the widest array of issues. Chris Watson us the author of it and there may still be copies of it available. As Tony said, you can search the site and you should get details on it. There are also a number of olderSport Americaca guides to Nonsports by Chris Benjamin......maybe four different I think. They can be routinely found on eBay but a couple of them get expensive. And if you are looking for details on 19th or 20th century tobacco, the book American Tobacco Cards us the best guide and covers all of the N series cards and T1-T177 in the T series cards. The best help is also the ACC or American Card Catalog as well. Also routinely found on eBay. Glad to have you here and don't hesitate to ask questions.
