This came today. It may not be the best one in existence, but it's the best one I've ever seen. It flew under the radar for the same price as a copy from Qcards earlier this year that was trimmed on 4 sides, had tape on the folds, and back paper loss.

That T70 Declaration of Indepedence is just a spectacular card, front AND back...I need to learn more about the set. Do the inauguration cards have the speeches printed on the reverse?

Well, after looking at the sample in the Gallery, I must now say that the one I picked up is the nicest example I've ever seen FOR SALE
The triple-folders are very difficult, more so in nice condition because of the fold of course. It's unique within the T70 set - the other cards have regular backs.

I just found out about the T-227 Series of Champions Ralph Mulford auto racing card on Ebay last week. Didn't want a graded card at $300. so didn't bid (someone else did). Advertised in the B/S/T for the card, but no response. Last night, was going through some of the cards I bought some 25~40 years ago which I had not identified, and FOUND the Mulford card! At least now I know what it is!
Still trying to find other auto racing cards from non-racing sets.
Jon.

Not really cards but it can be found in the white Benjamin Guide 1930-60 - also the makers of Big Chief Wahoo matchbook gum. The 2nd pic is the display I'm assuming would come with the box.

Henry,
It's actually a 1923 copyright date. Unlike most bread albums from this period - this one is like the tobacco albums in that it reproduces the artwork from the cards (it is not used to mount them).
The album is also large - 12.5 x 10 inches. You obtained it by collecting 48 cards and taking them (or mailing them) to the bakery.
Another interesting bit is cards 1-24 have red backs while 25-48 have blue backs.

Is that a set of 50 like the A&G set or a set of 25? I have 25 of those from the bread set but wondering how many are in the set......I'm assuming 50..............
