You're right, Dan...The Buck Jones is listed in Ted Hake's Pop Culture Memorabila Guide on page 191 and page 117. Their official name is "Photo-Statuettes" and the first series of 20 was issued in 1936. They were free for two box tops of Quaker Puffed Wheat or Puffed Rice. He shows a very small picture of the mailer insert (the reverse shows the Babe Ruth premium offers) and lists the names of the 20. Buck Jones, Ruby Keeler and Dick Powell are pictured on the mailer insert.
