I seem to find myself without a 1967 ACC update.....so my E card listing is out of whack.....to get it back into whack, could someone scan and post or email me the scans of the 3-4 E card listings? Mine stopped at E286 and I know the 1967 went up to E300 and it also added a couple of items in the earlier listings. Any help would be appreciated!

I only have the regular 1967 edition as you do Tom. I have never seen an update to the 1967 ACC book. I thought E300 and many others had came about from the Sports Collectors Bible (Sugar).....regards

Be careful with Sugar-he used his own numbering for some sets! Buck Barker and friends published ACC additions and updates from late 1960 thru 1971 though. E287,288 and 289 were in the 3rd update issued around 1961 but that's all my admittedly quick perusal shows as additions to the E numbering within ACC. I thought the '67 edition was a straight repro of the 60? I only have a later reprint so can't say for sure.

My 1975 Sugar only lists baseball issues, no non-sports. There is a big gap between E286 and E300; nothing is listed between these numbers. The E section was put together by Richard Egan, who I believe wrote a book about E cards that I have been trying to locate for years. Anybody know where I can get an original, or a copy?

OK, here are the numbers from Third Catalog Additions (undated):

E287 BIRDS, blue border, 2 3/4 x 4, Skylark Choc., National Candy Co.

E288 INDIANS post cards, numb, Lowney's as E230

E289 US WARSHIP PAKASTAMPS, 2 1/4 x 3, Series II #12 seen, Sen-Sen Gum

FYI 2nd additions published June 26, 1961 and 4th July 25, 1962 so assume the ones above are around December 1961/January 1962 (when I was a wee lad). All were printed in the Card Collectors Bulletin. my listings are from Benjamin's ACC Update Book, reproducing the original updates.

I got the info for E290-E292 from the NSB. Just need the rest up to E299. Have the Plows candy info.

Actually have the Lowney Indians as part of E230 Lowney College girls. Burdicks collection has the two indians with the four college girls. The Indians are the first two cards in the set and the college girls are the final four in the set.

Here are the "E" additions in the ACC supplements that I have:

First - none
Second - none
Third - E125, E287, E288, E289
Fourth - E94 Overprints
Fifth - none
Sixth - none
Seventh - none
Eighth - E126
"Card Catalog Additions 1960 - 1970" - just mentions E94, E125, E126

I do not see any info on anthing after E290, but I probably do not have all of the supplements.

My 1975 Sports Collectors Bible lists E300s.

Not sure if any of this helps. Let me know if you want me to look anything else up.
