The Forbes/Mitchell book under this series states that under the Turkish Trophies Factory 7 - there is only a 3rd District NY..

I have plenty of those cards..such as Woodman and Wood Nymph.....but.....I also have this same card with a Factory 7
5th District NJ..

Does this mean that they made a separate 50 card series of 5th District backs ?? - that is not listed.

I checked mine: I only have 5 5th Dist. of N.J. - all series 51-100.

Well, it sure looks like another glaring omission from that Forbes guy - he can't seem to get anything right! I checked my T57's & also have some of the Factory 7, 5th Dist. cards in the second half of the series (51-100) - can't figure out how he missed something as obvious as that.

The second half was issued shortly after the ATC breakup in early 1912. That's the time frame when Factory 7, 5th Dist. starts appearing on cards & silks (it was either a new factory or one renumbered after the breakup). My current theory is that all the cards in the second half were issued from this factory but probably not the first half (1-50).
