Hey people! I'm new here and I need some help. I have some Mail Carrier and Stamp cards that look like Limola gum cards, but are blank on the reverse side. Can anyone tell me what they are. Thanks in advance for your help. [linked image] [linked image]

we did a couple of threads about these and all the many issuers - not my area of expertise. Tom collects these as do some of the boys - they should chime in.

Here is the thread:http://www.network54.com/Forum/526604/message/1241372450/Is+this+an+N+or+T+card-

They are mostly likely a German Issue since the bottom says "Serie" rather than Series. (Although I believe other languages also use "Serie.")

Check out my post, entitled "DKA" in that thread. DKA was one of the large publishers of Trade Cards during the T-Card era. They have a few English issues, of which this subject is the most common.

As far as I can tell, they are 3rd in total cards published in Germany although the cards from the top 2 publishers are less common over here.

Such German trade cards are found much less frequently than German tobacco cards which are generally Post WWI. They are also much more attractive, IMHO.

I would sell it at $1.50 to $2.00. It is worth more with advertising or, of course, in better condition.
