Down to less than 5 now on this set......another tough Kimball set. At least for those of us not fortunate enough to find the album with all the cards in it! (two board members no less.....)

Great lot of (12) E245 Scenes from Molly O from Shotwell. Bout 1/2 the set now.

These are from October, but I wanted to show them as a group - any month you can find six R14s is a good month. My thanks to Richard and Tom (and one other friend) for their help.

I think I'm up to 10 now. So tough........what irony when I do find one buried in the Indians lot, it's one I already had. I didn't even check. I just bought the lot. And it was an upgrade somewhat but glad it worked out for you to get one you needed!

I thought this was a nice looking trade card that is die-cut.

It needs upgrading, but FINALLY acquired the last Bowman Firefighters card to complete the 128 card set (64 fronts, each with two backs).

Jon.

rare in it's own right......

as it's a 2 color trade card dated 1867 which is very early. The baseball is a lemon peel (I have a few), the graphics simple yet purposeful, AND it features a baseball game at an important field between 2 of the premier printers of the day. The ball is gold and I think that back then it was real gold (later on cigar labels they started to use copper to mimic gold). As for coming back to me - I think it's the same card I sold to a very good customer when I had to generate cash. I think it's quite special and regretted selling it DESPITE THE FACT THAT MOST OF MY BASEBALL STUFF LONG GONE SAVE A CORE SAMPLING (ooops sorry 4 caps but 2 lazy 2 fix). Still want a pillbox cap, a trophy lemon peel, a rightious bat, and that unreal fingerless glove from Mastro's collection - or and workman's model glove will do. Unfortunately no moolah for that in the near future so it's on the back burner........
