We've seen foreign licensed and unlicensed cards based on Gum Inc.'s 1930s R60 G-Men & Heroes of the Law, from Cuba, France, Belgium and Australia.
Dan the Man has done a great job, in fact, putting up a side-by-side gallery page which shows all these variations, taken from the collections of Mark Finn and myself:

Well, as a Christmas present to all, here is the first viewing anywhere, ever, that I know of of an entirely different and additional G-Man issue. A Spanish language set issued by (who else?) Globo Gum in Europe.
Based on Globo's European footprint, and the language the card is in, I feel it is safe to assume these were printed for the Spanish market, although there is no info in that regard on the card itself.
I've been looking high and low for more of these, over the past two years since I found this single card -- the #1 Pretty Boy Floyd card -- and have come up dry. Card says there are 36 in the set, though, so will keep looking.

We've got a real conundrum now -- with only one card from Spain, it isn't worth adding another column to the gallery page. But this important addition needs to be reflected somehow . . . !
