Chuck's comments on another thread about the great set, Tootsie Circus, reminded me of another fantastic 1930s set, Noah's Ark, which was put out in 1933 by the Flatbush Gum Co. of Brooklyn, NY.

I think Noah's Ark should be right up there with Dare Devils, Tootsie Circus and a small handful of others which fit into a special category of fantastic images/colors and set compactness (24 card set). In other words, very high collectibility . . .
But judging by the typical prices (lower) paid for Noah's Ark cards, when they DO show up, there seems to be much weaker demand for these. Am assuming there certainly is not more supply, at least not significantly, versus Tootsie and DDs, judging from how infrequently one sees these for sale.
So, anyway, presenting the Rodney Dangerfield of 1930s non-sport cards, one of my top ten favorites of all time:
R100, Noah's Ark:

(The final scan of 6 cards contains the last several cards I obtained, or else still need to upgrade in the set . . .)
