I just picked up a group of silks and would like to know if they are tobacco or gum related give-aways or premiums, when were they produced and by whom. They are beautifully done and appear to be renditions of old master works. They vary a bit in size, but are about 3 in. by 4.25 in. Five of them have W.W.L. CO. on the lower left, DEL H.H. on the lower right, and a number in the middle. The numbers are 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, and 1973. I don't believe these to be dates. The other four silks have no notations.
I can identify the subject on a couple of them, a couple more look familiar, and a couple are unknown to me. The fifth image is the back of "Blue Boy". The last is a closeup to show detail. Anyone know the subjects on them? I knew I shouldn't have slept through my Art History class. I'd especially like to hear from Bob F. on this one.
Thanks for your help. -Jack
