I've never seen this one before. It is from a movie theater and you had to come back each week to get a new card - for 48 consecutive weeks!

So now we know, there is no flea market. You've been riding on Chuck's coattails all this time from his find happy.gif

No Richard, Chuck inspired me to try and catch up with him. (I know it will never happen but you got to have goals!)

Hey Todd, You know I never get to shows, flee markets, etc.
My best guess is that my collection is only approx. 20 percent of yours!!

Chuck,
Perhaps if you go with volume you might have 20% but if you go with value mine is 20% of yours.

I don't have really good scans, except on my blog, but I just picked up a near World on Wheels set, with 13 of the tough 20 highs, including a red back #176 and the Corvette. I need about a dozen upgrades/missing cards to complete it and already ordered three of the missing highs. Also nabbed a full Topps Wings set, also needing about a dozen upgrades. Real happy with these, both are at lest EX, I'd say the WIngs is a little nicer even, very clean and bright. I may go after a partial Rails & Sails next-love those Topps Giant Size transportation issues. My patience level is liniscule these days, so buying near or full sets and going after a dozen cards to complete is working for me.

Gaah!! Novel Package cards in two pickups already; man I love these under appreciated cards. I have picked up but a few minor cards in the last few months. Glad to see that others are doing so much better than I at filling in those missing spots at the moment.

Dave,

Always appreciate reading your blog.

Henry,

I can answer your question; Todd doesn't need a New Discoveries album.

Chuck,
Yes, all picked up over the weekend. There was more but I didn't want to bore people with the crap.

OK, Tony. I'll take some more pics.

Not only that but here is a list of some fish that got away:

approx. 140 high grade World on Wheels
approx. 90 high grade Power for Peace
approx. 15 average Wild Man
approx. 30 decent Bowman U.S. Presidents
approx. 50 high grade U.S. Navy Victory
approx. 90 high grade Scoop (including a Ruth, some boxers, and other sport ones)
probably some others I'm forgetting

They wanted too much for that group but it was bought by some baseball dealer.

The saddest thing I missed (another dealer found it) was a group of 12 James Bond Bond bread end labels. I tried to get them from the dealer but he had other plans. ce la vie!

Just got this Gum Inc. Uncle Sam #25 original art piece. The image is nearly 7 1/2 inches by 6 inches, and the overall card is 8 3/4 inches by 10 1/4 inches. Jack J.
