Hi Guys
Sorry about the repost but i thought if i changed the title it could possibly attract more attention.

Dan you're so wonderfully, crazy active and much appreciated but sadly you bump new posts down and off the page so quickly:) ...i'm not complaining...

This is for those of you who collect movie star cards.
I recently purchased this really cool set of 84 cards from the 30's that i've never seen before.

It's a hand coloured set of oversized cards issued by Massilia Confections.

I've done extensive research on Google and can only confirm that Massilia was a confectionary company and that this set was issued in 2 black and white versions of 50 and 72 cards.

I'm going to post a link to a site that has a gallery showing all 84 cards as well as photos of the album and some information too.

I hope i'm not violating any net54 rule by doing so.

For those not familiar with this site,it is run by Clifford Aliperti who does an amazing job so i send my thanks out to Cliff who put this gallery together.

I hope you enjoy these wonderful coloured cards and wishing someone out there knows more about them.
