I won these sheets Sunday at a random live auction.
Total cost with juice, shipping, etc. $700
I didn't want to fess up until I actually had them in my hands.
Buying is one thing, having them is another.

Hey Jim, Super Duper Pick up.
A very random auction!
This is one area that you excell in. I have been crying over my keyboard for years at things "found" only to be trumped by " VXXXXXXXXXS" end of auction!
You must have at least a 10 person staff constantly
scanning the net!
Tip o' the hat and thanks for the share.

I hope whoever won the R109 uncut sheet has no intentions of cutting the sheet up for the individual cards. Having never collected uncut sheets, I have no idea if this is really a practical possibility. I'd hate to see the historical value of the uncut sheet ruined for the individual cards.
I wonder if cards cut from a sheet (other than the manufacturer - Gum, Inc in this case)would pass through and get graded by SGC or PSA? Obviously the attraction to cutting the cards from the sheet is the possibility of having very high grade examples of the 9, 34 and 59 cards.

I'm sure Jim wouldn't cut up these treasures but it can be done. I seem to recall that a number of years ago Hugh Jones won the Sea Raiders uncut sheets (from Mastro) and had them cut into singles by a professional paper guy.
