1. to get the other 3 cardboard plane wall hanger lists ?
and
2. is there documentation as to how many presentation/gift "paper" sets were issued?
...I've tried to gather information from Ebay, and have found two so far.
...Interesting to see no Cola Planes offered ever in REA and Mastro-Legendary,
......(I haven't checked Hakes or other auction sites)
Finally, thanks for the checklist information posted above.

The "silver frame-12" "Thirst Take Wings" was 1st.
The "rope frame-20" was 2nd.
This 20 plane set, having 1 cola bottle was either 3th or 4th, with
the 2-bottle, 20-plane set Ken posted above taking the opposite slot.
--------------------------------------------------------------
I think that this set has the same 20 planes as the
small paper set -- F213.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Also note that Ken shows 4 cardboard images -- above !

The composite shown below was assembled from numerous sources,
none of with were from Coca Cola collectors or Coca Cola guides.
I invite Coca Cola collectors, everywhere, to help by sharing their
information and images.
I am embarrassed to say I know little about the sets or how they
were given out.
I love the artistry; the cardboard presentation; the sizes.
I also found out that there were at least TWO NON-CARDBOARD LARGE-SIZED
presentation/gift sets, one showing a cola bottle - one without a bottle.
Mine, shown below, has no bottle.
So, having said all that, I share with you my humble attempt of a
visual composite display.
Enjoy !
