Great stuff as always Alex! I think most here have bid in or consigned to a Hakes auction in the past. They always have a TON of pins and political memorabilia as well for those of us that have more than one interest. Comics, coins occasionally, artwork, the list goes on and on. And the lots aren't CRAZY big to get a $5000 per lot price. Can't say enough great things about them..........and they support this forum as well!

I have bought and sold through Hakes and I agree. It's a great auction house. I'm hopeful to come away with a couple of things from auction 220.

I thought offers to buy, sell, or trade are not to be placed on the main page? Is an auction listing an offer to sell? If an auction listing on ebay is mentioned before it ends folks here have a fit. Kind of a double standard?

You see an eBay banner on the page? Me neither.

It was agreed upon years ago that auction house listings could be discussed but
ebay listings off limits.
Think about it.
