Is the search option down for everyone or just me?

I was thinking that, too. Hope the ransom isn't too high.

How about letting us know what is happening with the "Search" option. Its obvious
many people use it & want to use it. Just an update would be appreciated Tom. Thank you.

FINALLY got an email from Net54 support. They are working on it. I'll follow up Friday if I don't hear anything further.

Search Function

I guess this is progress. The search function is available. The bad news: it can't find anything. All searches attempted return the message "We couldn't find any results for [your search word] in this forum."

Maybe tomorrow.

over 2 weeks & no fix? One of the best features of this board, if not the best & it can't be
fixed?

Temporary fix for search using Google

Score 5.0 (1 person)

You can still search the forum by using a Google feature. Here’s an example. The word “superman” can be replaced with any search term you choose.

site:www.network54.com/Forum/526604 superman

This tells Google to search for matching results only in this forum. It’s not ideal, but it’s a lot better than nothing.

The current search problem with this forum is solely at the feet of the guys who run Network54, not the moderator.

Thanks to Bill for taking up for me......I do feel a little helpless in this situation as do apparently many, many other forum moderators and owners. A number of which have been posting about this situation on the network54 help forums. Since they've been largely ignored, I'm not sure 'help' is the right terminology for the forum. Ive posted in 4-5 different threads and have also sent numerous emails to their support with no results. Some there doing something as the search DID reappear,....even though it's not working. Looking into some other alternatives, so bear with me for a little longer.
