I maintain a quit smoking support forum and have neglected this one. I had high hopes this forum would bring a means of communication for those of us with residuals of polio. Like you FDR is one of my heros, not for him I'm not sure were we would be today. My history with the Warm Springs Foundation goes way back to when I was first stricken with polio in October 1959.
You can't know how grateful I am to have you here and the update on current events in Warm Springs. I have a sister in Barnesville GA and when I go up to visit I'll have to visit Warm Springs again. That little place will always be a part of me, it help to save my life.
I'll get back here more often and I hope you'll keep us updated on all you know regarding polio, the support group and Warm Springs.
