Sherman Firefly. Allied Power

Here are the first steps with my Sherman Firefly. Just base colours (subtle modulation), washes and some chipping.

Completely out of the box.

I´d try to make a "wet" vehicle after rain ... with a subtle "glossy" finish?

good modelling with a very nice finish. But, would be a way to show any more places with more wet look, i.e. on horizontal areas, around the turret or the hinges ?????? Sure it would be support the wet look ?! But also sure, it's not easy to realize happy.gif

cheers Erik

Mr. Lopez,

You have a great start there. I love the very nice result of moderated modulation combined with dark weathering. Now lets see how she looks after the shower. happy.gif

Keep us posted amigo. wink.gif

nice job...

Very nice. That Firefly has a GREAT finish job, enough dirt and wear to suggest use without but still a "cared for" vehicle.

I really liked the big wet one. I look forward to see this one once finished with your improved painting skills.

I have checked my Hauler PE, and with a very little effort you could have included the PE periscope and lighs protectors. Only with that the kit would have been seriously improved. You are a little bit lazy my fiend, I´ll have to keep an eye on your work!!!!
