I agree --> Allied Power Victory Parade

July 1 2009, 8:15 AM

Well said John, I think it is time to make a summary of what we had/have here lately. wink.gif

Gents,

The official end of Allied Power finally arrives after three months of very enjoyable modelling. Again I am very satisfied to have a good bunch of modellers at work here and I hope to repeat the experience soon again hopefully.

I want to give my most sincere thanks to all of the participants on behalf of Missing Links and myself, and I must give very special thanks to Stan Spooner and Pat Jonhston for the idea to make this GB and to Olivier Saint-Lo and Tim Perry for theirs very generous and helpful sponsorship.

To all those could not attend the build, I well know those things happens sometimes, so next time will be. happy.gif

To those who could not complete the model on time, keep working on yours respective builds, because I will to make my Tilly when time permits. Anyways I guess we will follow seeing some more AP models poping up around here in the following weeks surely. happy.gif

And finally to all those gentlemen who proudly passed the finish line, please have my honest congratulations and thanks for your hard work. It is my pleasure to have you all on board, amigos.

Said that, I think it is time to make a brief summary of what they made.

Enjoy the Allied Power Victory parade!
Lu

Thanks my friend

July 4 2009, 7:50 PM

Hi Konrad,

Thanks for your wards, and that gave enthusiasm for the next work.
I am impressed with your splendid work.

I enter the way of Hell to call a scratch of Sherman DD now.
It seems to still take more times.

Oh! Scotch and Single malt. Nice sound.
If you have a chance, please enjoy the
Japanese rice wine "Sake".
You can taste another rich body and flavor.

Sorry,story derailed!

Thanks again my Friend.
Please call me "Toku".

An Assembly Of Great Models

July 2 2009, 2:04 AM

Indeed, I see an assembly of all the great and wonderful models. Lot's of beautiful replication of history. Lot's of staff to learn. Outstanding work gentlemen.

I also want to thank the organisers, Lu and ML, and the rest of the guys that make this event possible. And for giving me a chance to participate and all those who have given me their comments. Thank you everyone.

Calvin
