Tiger 1 finished

Hi All
Finished the AFV club Tiger 1 (posted on constructive comments) did this as part of a group build with some lads from my local club, lot of fun with only a set of individual track links used as aftermarket items.

To say that I love this, Lester.

And, as a long time fan of your excellent painting style, let me welcome you to 48th scale. I do hope this won't be your last 48th model. They can be surprisingly addictive.

Great stuff, I am loving the beat up finish on the tools especially.

I consider it an honor to see work of yours here, Lester.

...to congratulate you for such a beauty.

As Pat says, painting is fantastic, quite realistic and I can say "colourful" if a comouflage can be described as colourful.

I also love the nice commander figure.

one of the best tigers I've erer seen, very beautiful colors, perfect weathering, a small complemenet like the figure and a lot of details. Perfect, lokks like '35 scale.

Thank you very much for the kind comments gents, this was a fun project to do and yes Pat your right this scale can be very addictive Iam planing some more 1/48 models when I can fit them in not sure what they will be at the moment be will definatly be some on the cards.

Sorry but I must take more views of your model.
First I can believe it that the is in 1:48 scale, I mean it´s the bigger brother.

Your model is an great paint job with many details, fine produced.
For me private are the tracks a master part, extremly good.

Only one word says all, congrats!

A lovely job Lester, one of those models that you can't tell the scale of without reading the post. The Russian hat on the commander and offset hull mg are really nice touches.

Saved the pictures to act as inspiration.
