I feel I need to add a rope to the stowage on my Stag AA. What do you usually use for that?

Ropes in 48th

April 23 2012, 7:53 AM

G'day Roman
I have used model ship rope in the past( good quality, and realistic not like cotton or upholstery darn),it comes in a variety of thicknesses and colour shades.
I'm sure you could find something that would suit. Stanbridges hobby shop in Perth,
Western Australia has a web site that used to list all that stuff with order facilitys, but I'm not sure if they still do it, a quick google search should let you know.
Kind regards my friend and I hope this will help you out.
Alan

Twisted fine wire

April 24 2012, 4:37 PM

If you hunt around you can fins speaker wire with very fine copper strands. You can twist this into wonderfully fine rope or cable, and it is sure to be fuzz free.
